All features Included: 10 WhatsApp messages per member per year

Your members live on WhatsApp. So does their membership.

Card, renewals, receipts and sign-in, all inside WhatsApp. No password to remember, no app to install, and members who have never had an email address are just fine.

30 days free No credit card Every feature. Every plan. Nothing to unlock.
1WhatsApp messaging

Sign in with a tap, not a password

A member types their number, we send a link to their WhatsApp, they tap it. That is the whole login. The link works once and expires after 10 minutes; the phone then stays signed in for 90 days, so the card is one tap away all season.

The old way: members locked out of the portal because nobody remembers the password.
  • No password to set, forget or reset
  • The link expires in 10 minutes and works exactly once
  • Shared household phone? Pick whose card to open after signing in

No email address? No problem

The phone number is the member. Receipts, the card and renewal reminders all arrive on WhatsApp, and an email address is optional for anyone who wants copies. One Household Member Admin pays for the whole household on one invoice, and every Household Member still gets a card of their own.

The old way: members you could not add because the form demanded an email address.
  • The phone is the identity; email is optional, never required
  • Households: one admin, one invoice, a card for each Household Member
  • Import your existing list by phone number and everyone is matched

Renewals that get paid without chasing

Up to three reminders before the expiry date, each with a pay link. The member pays by card or bank transfer, the receipt comes straight back on WhatsApp with the new card, and anyone who still has not paid shows up on your overdue list.

The old way: the treasurer chasing renewals one by one in the group chat.
  • Three reminders at the dates you choose, then it stops
  • Receipt and refreshed card arrive within seconds of paying
  • Non-responders land on the overdue list, not in a black hole
4WhatsApp messaging

You decide what gets sent

Welcome, sign-in link, renewal reminders, receipts and number confirmation are on from day one. Event reminders are off until you switch them on, and we show you what a season of them will cost before you do. Each club chooses WhatsApp or email.

The old way: a reminder blast that costs money nobody budgeted for.
  • Event reminders are opt-in, with the cost shown first
  • Your club picks its channel: WhatsApp or email
  • Messages arrive as "Your club via Anggota", from the Anggota number

Anggota Saldo: your credit balance, counted in messages

Every plan includes 10 WhatsApp messages per member per year, counted on your plan tier: 1,000 messages a year at the 100-member tier, 5,000 at 500. Unused messages roll over month to month until your subscription anniversary. Run out and nothing is dropped: messages fall back to email, or wait up to 7 days for a top-up.

The old way: credits nobody understands, priced in a currency nobody checks.
  • Balance shown as messages remaining, never as money
  • Top up online when you need more
  • A reminder with a Top up button about 30 days before the allowance expires

Move your club over in an afternoon

Pin one message in your WhatsApp group with your club's join link, and print the QR poster for the clubhouse. Members tap the link and join from their phone. Existing members are imported by phone number and get one message saying the club now uses Anggota; tapping it confirms their number and signs them in.

The old way: asking every member to register all over again.
  • Keywords members already understand: JOIN to join, CARD for the card, PAY or RENEW to pay
  • A ready-made pinned message and QR poster in your Share kit
  • Import the old list by phone; nobody has to register again

Consent first, and no marketing blasts

Members opt in when they join, and the confirmation message is the record. Reply STOP or BERHENTI and the messages stop, with the opt-out logged. Numbers are never shared or sold, and only Meta-approved utility templates are sent: reminders, receipts and links, never promotions.

The old way: a member list forwarded around on WhatsApp.
  • Opt-in recorded at join, in line with UU PDP and the PDPA
  • STOP or BERHENTI ends the messages, and we log it
  • Meta-approved templates only; no marketing blasts, ever

Straight answers

The questions clubs ask about WhatsApp

What if a member loses or changes their number?

If they are still signed in on the phone (sessions last 90 days) they change it themselves and confirm on the new number. Otherwise they confirm from the old number, from a recovery email if they gave one, or your admin re-keys the number after checking who they are. Every change is logged and the new number gets a notice.

One person pays for three members of their household. How does that work?

That person is the Household Member Admin. They get one invoice for all three memberships, every reminder comes to their phone, and after signing in they pick which card to open. Each Household Member has their own card, attendance and history, and can take over their own login later by adding a phone number.

Do members need to install an app?

No. WhatsApp, which they already have, and a browser. The card and the member area open as web pages from the link in the message. Nothing to download and nothing to update.

What if a member is not on WhatsApp?

Then they use email, exactly as before. If a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered we send the email version automatically; if there is no email either, the message waits up to 7 days and then lands on your unreachable list so a person can follow up. Nothing is dropped silently.

What does a message cost?

Ten per member per year are included. Beyond that, each top-up message costs Meta's rate plus 15% - a little over 2 US cents at current rates. The calculator above shows what a busy year would cost your club.

Will you send marketing to my members?

No. Only utility messages about something the member already has: their card, a renewal, a receipt, a sign-in link, an event they registered for. Meta approves every template we use, and there is no marketing category at all.

How do I top up?

From Settings, pick a package and pay online. Purchased messages never expire and are only used once the included allowance is gone.

Does the allowance work differently on monthly and annual plans?

Annual plans get the whole year of messages up front. Monthly plans accrue a twelfth each month, and unused messages roll over month to month. Either way, whatever is left expires at your subscription anniversary.

What about members living overseas?

WhatsApp works on any number, so a member in London or Perth gets the same messages as one down the road, at the same price.

Can we send from our own club number?

Not in this release. Every message comes from the Anggota number with your club's name on it, which is what keeps the messages included in your plan. Look out for this feature in upcoming releases.
