Terms & conditions
Last updated 20 July 2026
These terms govern your use of Anggota, a membership management service provided by CV San Siro Media Denpasar, Jalan Sedap Malam No 111A, Kesiman, Bali 80237, Indonesia ("we", "us").
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. The service
Anggota is software that helps member-based organisations manage members, membership levels, dues and renewals, events, communications, payments, and a public website or member portal. We may add, change or remove features as the service develops.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly at info@anggota.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You are responsible for what the administrators you invite do in your account.
3. Your data and your members' data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Anggota. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.
Where you record data about your members, you are the data controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for:
- having a lawful basis to collect and use your members' data, including any consent required;
- telling your members how their data is used;
- responding to your members' requests about their data, which we will help you with.
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or use Anggota to send spam or unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages;
- upload data you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other customers' data, or our systems;
- probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or bypass usage limits;
- resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
- reverse engineer or copy the software, except to the extent the law allows.
5. Fees, trials and payment
- Paid plans are charged in advance for the billing period shown when you subscribe. Prices are published on our website and may change - we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.
- Any free trial runs for the period stated at sign-up. You may cancel before it ends without charge.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
- If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend the service after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
6. Payments you collect from your members
Where you use Anggota to collect dues, event fees or other payments, those transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of them is subject to their terms, and settlement times, fees and disputes are between you and that provider. We are not a party to the payment between you and your member, and we are not responsible for refunds or chargebacks arising from it.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep Anggota available and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will try to give notice for anything planned. Support is provided by email at info@anggota.app.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Anggota software, brand and website, and all rights in them. Nothing in these terms transfers our intellectual property to you. You keep all rights in your own content, logos and data.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if your payment is unresolved, or if we must do so by law. Except in serious cases, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
- After your account closes you can, for a reasonable period, ask us for an export of your data. After that period we delete or anonymise it, subject to any legal retention obligations.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Indonesian law, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss or corruption of data caused by anything outside our reasonable control. Our total liability arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
You remain responsible for keeping your own records; we recommend exporting your data periodically.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your handling of your members' data in breach of applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date. If a change materially affects you, we will give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, unless the law requires otherwise. We would much rather resolve things directly, so please contact us first.
