How these figures were worked out
¹ Join It — Extra plan, US$206.10/mo billed annually (US$2,473.20/yr) for 1,000 members — the tier that carries custom domains, digital cards, push notifications and white-label branding. The cheaper Starter plan (US$529/yr) has none of those. A 1.5% service fee applies to every paid transaction, on top of Stripe’s own fees.
² Wild Apricot — There is no 1,000-contact tier; the nearest is 2,000 contacts at US$238.50/mo pre-paid annually (US$2,862/yr). A 20% surcharge applies if you use Stripe or PayPal rather than their in-house processor, and “contacts” counts every record, not only active members.

Will it suit an organisation our size?
Pricing starts at a hundred members and scales to fifty thousand, and every plan includes every feature. Small clubs are not pushed onto a stripped-back tier - they simply pay less.
How do we get our members in?
Import a spreadsheet with a guided column-mapping step - most clubs have their list in and checked inside an afternoon. When you move to a paid plan, our team can do the import and the rest of the setup with you.
Do we need someone technical?
No. Anggota is built for volunteer committees. If your secretary can run a spreadsheet and your treasurer can read a bank statement, you have the skills you need.
How do members pay?
By QR code, bank transfer, or through your own payment gateway. We already support Xendit, DOKU, PayPal or Stripe account, but can build (at no cost to you) support for additional payment gateways - just ask our team. All money going straight to you - we don't take a cut. Receipts are issued automatically and every payment is recorded against the member.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing disappears and nothing is charged. There is no card on file during the trial and nothing is charged automatically after it. If you continue, your data carries straight over.
